The gym subscription I recently purchased includes the measurement of your body composition too. I jumped at this opportunity, and here is the measurement report:

Interestingly, the instrument used for this purpose — which resembles an electronic scale — is capable of providing more information than the BMI only. For instance, it details how muscle/fat mass is distributed over the body. The measurement process is pretty quick. It takes less than a minute to complete. In conclusion, it is a valuable tool for monitoring how effective your training program is. If you follow a program seriously, you should have this test periodically to verify whether you are going in the right direction or not.
